Vacation

Vacation allocation is earned on a calendar year basis commencing with the year of employment. Employees are encouraged to use all their allotted vacation time during the calendar year; however, they may carry forward some vacation time with prior written approval of their Manager and HR Business Partner.

*employees are eligible for additional vacation beginning in January of the year in which their 5th, 15th & 25th anniversary is reached.

Unused Vacation

Employees are encouraged to use all their allotted vacation time during the calendar year; however, may carry over up to five days per year of accrued, unused vacation time to the next calendar year and use by April 30th of that year.
