Disability

 

Short-Term Disability (STD)

Your STD benefits continue all or a portion of your income for up to a maximum of 6 months. Benefits generally begin after five consecutive days of qualifying disability. Your continued income depends on your years of service.

Long-Term Disability (LTD)

Once you have been disabled for 26 weeks due to a qualifying illness or injury, you can apply for long-term disability benefits. The LTD Plan will pay benefits up to 70% of your annual base pay, up to a maximum of $17,500 per month. After completion of 26 weeks continuous disability, Plan provides replacement of earnings in effect
when disability commenced inclusive of any other Company or government benefits/income. LTD Benefits are payable to the earlier of date of recovery or age 65
